Our Treatment Approach
Our one-to-one Pilates sessions offer a fully personalised experience. Your VCF physiotherapist will assess your movement, identify areas of weakness or imbalance, and guide you through a tailored programme. Your physiotherapist will then discuss your goals and help you to achieve these through movement. This is a great option for patients to ensure the correct technique is being used which will ensure the correct muscles are being engaged.
We also offer small, physiotherapy-led Pilates based classes in a supportive environment. These sessions focus on controlled movement, core stability, and improving overall strength. The small classes allow us to provide advice and assistance if needed and are suitable for beginners and those with low back pain. The classes also follow a progression to challenge the core, however, can be modified to suit individual needs.
