VCF Physiotherapy Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At VCF Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic appointment times are reserved specifically for each patient. We kindly ask that you provide adequate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice will not incur a cancellation fee.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled session fee.

No-Show Policy/DNA

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice (“no-show”) will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled session fee.

Late Arrivals

Patients arriving late may have their appointment shortened to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments. The full appointment fee may still apply.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occasionally arise. Cancellation fees may be waived at the discretion of the practice.
